Oh god, that's great!! The teeth, and the general aspect of the mouth—these two definitely share some DNA. But somebody was just writing recently about the spooky way Guiliani has of widening his eyes at times when he speaks, so that the whites show all around, and how deranged it makes him look, so too bad he wasn't doing that here. BOLO, watertiger!

Rachel Maddow has been making this comparison for years. She apparently took some flak for it but that hasn't stopped her (yea!). According to Dr. Maddow: Rudi is Nosfartu; Chertoff is Skelator.
