From McClatchy:
Approximately 200 guests were invited, but for the rest of us, Crawford was as close as we could get.
“Even though you can’t see it, you can breathe the same air they are breathing,” said Mary Wood, who drove from San Antonio to spend the day in this small town. “I just had to be here to say I was here for it.”

Smells like freedom to me.

I feel kinda bad for the groom. All those plans to live the good life on the trust fund, up in smoke once his new father-in-law winds up in The Hague.

I feel quite lucky to be a cool 1636 miles away (mapquest) to the northeast of Crawford so I can safely say with the prevailing westerly winds that I do not get any 2nd hand Bush breath!

um, okay...yeah...whatever lady...(um, quick get the men in the nice white coats - I've got a live one here)
I will lighten up a bit on Jenna if she and her sponge, I mean, husband take all the money that ended up in the 'wishing well' or pinned on her dress (or stuffed in an envelope and slipped under the table) and donate it to something like, um, Gold Star Mothers for Peace or Code Pink or the Pink Houses project...naw, don't worry, not holding my breath.

Hubby used to work for KKKarl Rove. I'm sure he will be a fine and loyal husband, well at least as good as a scumbag can be. As for the women, can some one put her out of our misery.

For Mary Wood's sake, let's hope no one pulled his finger.

Mary enjoys a rich and fulfilling fantasy life. She will soon meet a mandingo warrior.
