clinton got 'serviced'. sanford is in a relationship. i'd say sanford is worse.

I don't know if one is "worse" than the other per se pansy, I mean ole Billy liked the ladies all the same and I think he chased a few, so is he free because of Sanford?

I think the only pass Clinton gets is that he never went around blathering about God, Family and Country like the Rethugs, you know that.

But the larger picture I think is interesting. Men in positions of power have always assumed the privilege of having at least one fawning woman at his side not his wife. A mistress was a part of the prounouncement of power, of virility if you will. Available women were considered part of the spoils.

So the boys keep playing the same old game, but the rules are changing. Women no longer spend their lives searching for powerful men to hang onto for dear life (at least not all women). They have other choices and the women observing don't necessarily appreciate men who demonstrate that they think of women only as penis warmers and trophies.

This old boy's culture has to break down before women will be able to play fully and equally at the power table. I think the cracks and fissures in that old design are showing their age and weakness as social change presses through.

I hope. I really hope.
