Oh, and a dollar raffle for a handgun. Super!
The pastor, Ken Pagano, told us a couple of days ago that the church’s insurance company was opting out for the day, and that there was some question about whether parishioners would have to leave their guns outside. But I just spoke with Mr. Pagano, and he said he had found new insurance coverage for the day. He would not say who provided it.

String of firecrackers set off outside the church would be interesting. Make the Insurance company rethink it policy after the defensive shooting stopped.

Frankly, I think Jesus would be packing if he was alive today. ... . As soon as the internets and TV got a hold of " Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved." - John 13:23 ...The Right wing, bizarros would be after him. ... .

Jesus. Jesus provided the insurance for the day. Because Jesus loves the inbred redneck piglets, each and every one.

So the NRA provides stopgap insurance? Who knew?
and Mac from Oregon has probably the best idea... it would also undoubtedly take care of some of "teh stoopid" that resides INSIDE that particular church...

I like Mac's plan and I think helping this insurance company sell its policy to other churches and then executing a clandestine Sunday morning "Fireworks For Jesus" ceremony everywhere is a fantastic idea.

Good God. That is such a sacrilege. It makes me want to throw up.
You know, somehow the NRA has got my phone number and keeps calling me for contributions (i guess). I never answer but I see them on my caller ID.
It actually creeps me out. I guess they got my name and number because I've contributed to widows and orphans of police officers funds here in Oklahoma. (That's all I can figure...)

Rev 3:20, new improved version, based on the above picture:
I stand at the door and fire two shots. If anyone hears my reports and opens the door, I will come in and reload with him, and he with me.

The basic message of Christianity: You're no damned good without Jesus.
