She was just horrible. Giggly, confused, and a defensive airhead, and demonstrated an incredible lack of awareness and knowledge. Paul Beglia and the BBC woman, Katty Kay, finally smacked her down when she kept on with the stupid stuff. She came across spoiled and entitled.
