Okay, so the funniest part of this was a TPM comment in response to a Twitter reply (is that also a "Tweet"?) to Hoekstra's original Tweet, which is very VERY meta, or something.

Great! I laughed so hard that water came out of my nose -- now I also know what it is like to be waterboarded.
