You can't make this shit up:
>Rescued eight years ago during a police drugs raid in Atlanta, Georgia, the three friends were only cubs at the time and barely two months old. ....Delivered to the Noah's Ark animal rescue centre in Locust Grove, Georgia, the decision was made to keep the youngsters together.
"We could have separated them, but since they came as a kind of family, the zoo decided to keep them together," said Diane Smith, assistant director of the Noah's Ark zoo. "To our knowledge, this is the only place where you'll find this combination of animals together, they are our BLT (bear, lion and tiger)."

As a lifelong Georgian, it's nice to see something good coming out of news from GA. It's usually something really embarassing.

It's amazing what can happen when you take competition for food and survival out of the equation.
I bet Republicans HATE them.

Noah's Ark took on this baby zebra that police think fell off a truck on I75 south of Atlanta last year. Last I read he was thoroughly rehabilitated. Good organization.
