NO, poor school funding is the problem and every libertarian is absolute proof of how public education has failed in this country.

I admit to having difficulty understanding this, Randy. On the face of it, it seems totally batshit crazy. Can you lay out your rationale in words even a befuddled progressive can comprehend?

Well, this is in Oklahoma, where they have been huffing oil fumes and drinking heavy metals for generations (I know as I grew up there).

why aren't we already extinct?
