Please god, don't let this portend a Presidential run by Little Caesar:
In the annals of political rhetoric, there are lies, damn lies and exaggeration. Well, according to Politicker NY, Mayor Bloomberg dropped himself into the third category during a speech at MIT last night, when he claimed, "I have my own army in the NYPD, which is the seventh biggest army in the world..."
First: Um, hardly, dude. Why don't you go back to counting your pieces of gold and leave the facts to the experts.
Second: Buying the NYPD to protect your gajillionaire buddies ain't exactly something I'd brag about...

It's "lies, damn lies, and statistics, Mr. Rayman. And you should give proper credit to Mr Clemens, no?
And Bloomberg bragging like a dictador actually falls under the heading of "damn lies", at least until such a time as he can show that he really is claiming the power of a Borgia, and uses the NYPD to, say, crush a primary opponent.
