Surprisingly, I agree with him.
Some time ago, Bill Clinton said something close to "when people think, they vote for Democrats; when they feel, they vote for Republicans". So if someone hasn't made up their mind at this point who to vote for, what's left? A coin toss? In my opinion, what's most likely to finally force a decision is some well-written GOP ad that appeals to their fears.
