That hideous apparition in the YouTube freezeframe used to be Mrs San Francisco Mayor until she made a joke, somewhere in New York at a gay fundraising event, about the huge size of Gavin Newsom's weiner. Her husband divorced her shortly thereafter, and she became a right-wing nut on FOX.

Remember when she and Gavin did the photo-shoot in the Getty's mansion, and all the papers drew cartoons of her lips? I laughed for a week.
