The under slung perspective of the camera reminds me of a Daily Show piece with Ed Helms wearing a "Speedo Cam'.

Those "Hero" cams are accounting for about half the content of YouTube now, it seems. I guess the author of this one has edited out all the dog on dog butt sniffing.
