Nino Scalia really is the guest that wouldn't leave.
Justice Antonin Scalia pointed out that an overwhelming number of lawmakers in both parties had voted to reauthorize the [Voting Rights Act] in 1970, 1975, 1982 and 2006. Scalia argued that the nearly-unanimous reauthorizations proved that lawmakers were scared to be seen voting against discrimination, calling it “a phenomenon that is called perpetuation of racial entitlement.”
Shorter Nino to black folks: "Vaffanculo!"
This bit by Chief Justice John "I am NOT GAY!" Roberts really takes the cake, though:
“Is it the government’s submission that the citizens in the South are more racist than the citizens in the North?” Chief Justice John Roberts asked Solicitor General Donald Verrilli...
In a word? YES! JFC, what fucking country are these shitbags living in?

Gee, WT, it should be obvious by now: they're full-fledged citizens of Jesusland, where men are men and sheep (and box turtles) are afraid, where all the chirrun are above average, where darkies and wimmin know their place. Jesusland: a strange and scary land ruled by Bible-thumpin', hooker-humpin', sister-marryin', rifle-rack-in-the-pickmup wingnut idjits.

Um ... Scalia was confirmed by the U.S. Senate by a vote of 98–0 in September of 1986.
Didn't seem to bother him then!!
